To supervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations are maintained in the beef shoppe/seafood department to achieve maximum sales. Assume the duties of the Department Manager in their absence.

To deliver our service, store standards, and merchandising programs consistently to all guests. We provide guests with prompt friendly service, fresh roasted coffee, quality beverages and products in a clean atmosphere.

To ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, safety, and store cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the store. Ensure Show standards are implemented and maintained both inside and outside the store.

The Community Table Coordinator will support events in the store including monetized events and sampling.

You will join a high-energy and fast-paced team that supports Lowes Foods To Go – our online ordering program that guests call “life-changing”. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for masterfully and efficiently picking orders for your guests, and over time, building relationships with guests so you can understand their needs and preferences. This position will give you an opportunity to be directly involved in the company’s fastest-growing sales channel and you will get hands-on experience in the areas of eCommerce, logistics, information technology, customer service, and grocery retail. Reports to the Fleet Maintenance Manager and supervises the activities of fleet maintenance personnel in the garage. Office time 50% and in the garage 50% on daily activities with employees. Responsible for maintenance, up-keep, and contracts for MDI Management properties. Performs skilled maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair of Ammonia refrigeration system, Freon refrigeration systems, and warehouse powered doors/door curtains in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.
