The Digital Marketing Manager develops digital marketing strategies and tactics as part of an integrated marketing and media plan to support the organizations overall marketing goals and objectives.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding defined digital guest engagement goals by strategic target as well as by campaign and campaign element.
Creating the website content framework as well as developing content which will assist with specific KPIs, branding goals and SEO
Work closely with CRM, Shopper Marketing Manager, and LFTG Marketing Specialist to develop and execute the digital strategies to support campaigns.
Auditing content and determining where new and existing content would be needed in order to keep the guest clicking through the website
Create and maintain website content, including updating existing content ensuring that, whether visually or narritavely, tells our brand story and seamlessly integrates with the Marketing and Merchandising calendar.
Manage relationships with outside agencies and 3rd party vendors that support our digital marketing initiatives, providing direction to reach desired performance results including project timing/scope and defined KPIs
Collaborates with CRM Manager and Advanced Analytics Mgr. to define new tagging strategies and personalization efforts to drive new engagement.
Create and execute email marketing strategy leveraging the support of Marketing, Merchandising and 3rd party vendors as appropriate.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
Strong data interpretation, analytical and communication skills with a focus on Google analytics
Ability to manage complex processes with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience writing and managing content across multiple digital platforms
Ability to monitor, analyze, review and report outcomes of campaigns
3-5 years of digital marketing experience
Outstanding organization skills, and ability to multi-task in a deadline oriented environment
