As the Manager, eCommerce Merchandising and Experience, you will be responsible for setting the vision, roadmap, and standards for digital merchandising and the onsite shopping experience that drive incremental guest engagement, basket size, conversion, and ultimately online orders across the portfolio of Alex Lee Retail omnichannel and marketplace experiences. You and your team will create intuitive, engaging, and differentiated shopping experiences that ensure guests find exactly what they need while driving discovery of new and compelling products that build guests’ consideration sets and order size.
Working closely with our CX team, retail marketing and merchandising teams, enterprise IT engineers, and third-party providers, you will lead the onsite search, browse/navigation, and taxonomy strategy and identify digital roadmap requirements focused on improving product discovery, digital shelf, and related functionality to keep Lowes Foods’ online path to purchase experience ahead of the market.
Leveraging a combination of analytics and industry best practices, you will analyze and audit our content and onsite merchandising practices and work on a daily basis with category managers and resources within our CPG partner community to drive improvement and innovation.
You’ll also have a unique opportunity to play a key role as our banners – Lowes Foods, KJs Market, and IGA stores – disrupt the grocery industry, developing new solutions that help us bring unique and differentiated product assortments to life online, such as AI and Agentic product inspiration and discovery, configurable and customizable products, “build your own” style products, product decision tools, and more.
