The position drives social community strategy, management, and growth as well as contributes to and supports overall social media strategy. The position guides, develops, manages and provides insights on conversations about the Lowes Foods & Kj's Market brands. Serving as the primary public voice on owned & non owned social channels, this position plays a key role in driving public perception and social engagement in the brands. This role will coordinate conversation leveraging the grassroots network and our social listening partner, and will define the overarching architecture across key platforms. In addition to driving the organic social strategy, this position will be instrumental in executing paid social campaigns across major social media platforms.
1.Drive and execute the digital marketing social strategy for all owned Retail banners across Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Pinterest. Inclusive of Influencers. Requires strong partnership with our local marketing team & Private Brand Manager to ensure alignment across all platforms.
2.Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
3.Collaborate with Sr. Digital marketing manager and media agency to drive powerful paid social campaigns to support marketing initiatives as well as evergreen campaigns.
4.Monitor the latest trends and changes in digital media and the digital landscape, including advertising strategies, formats, channels and technologies.
5.Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, merchandising, guest insights and ecommerce teams to create integrated social media and paid social strategies.
6.Utilize website analytic platforms, including GA4 , Google Tag Manager, SOCi, Meta Business Manager and agency tools to create reporting and share key insights with cross-functional teams.
7.Create & analyze reports for trends and solutions to optimize digital media performance daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly.
8.Help provide real-time insights to optimize digital campaigns immediately, short term, and/or long term.
9.Performs all other duties as assigned by manager.
•Strong creative writing skills and ability to edit content required.
•Extensive knowledge of social media and advertising platforms to include: Meta Business Manager, SOCi, LinkedIn, Google Ad Manager, X, TikTok & Pinterest.
•3 to 5 years of experience in Social & Paid Media, agency experience is a plus.
• Blogging experience is a plus.
• Experience in photoshop a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
