This internship is designed to provide students with knowledge of total store operations including departmental oversight, financials, and human capital management. The intern will be expected to gain exposure and contribute to the following areas:

Project Expectations:
The project will be hands-on and tied to the focus department’s main goals, giving the intern real-world experience that connects both daily tasks and bigger-picture objectives. At the end of the internship, the intern will share a summary of what they learned, insights gained, results achieved, and recommendations.
